Premises liability is an area of law that focuses on whether property owners or occupiers are responsible for injuries or damage that occur on their premises. Businesses or agencies with facilities open to the public may ultimately face a claim when someone is injured from an accident, fall, collision, or misconduct at their premises. Our premise liability litigators are equipped with the knowledge and experience needed to navigate the practice area. Many of our litigators have experience representing property owners and claimants, giving them further insight into these sorts of disputes.
Our litigators work to effectively assess liability or claim strength and build strong arguments for our clients. Our connections with skilled experts help us investigate accident scenes, gather evidence, and have industry determinations on what played a role in the incident at issue. As insurance-appointed panel counsel, many of our firm’s litigators are extremely familiar with premises liability disputes.
