Our trial team represents many clients in state and federal court in civil litigation. Our firm is retained by numerous insurance companies to defend people or companies that may be covered under their insurance policies. Our firm is on the list of “panel counsel” for many insurers—chosen to represent their policyholders in defending liability claims.
Our attorneys in the insurance defense practice collectively litigate hundreds to thousands of cases involving an extensive range of different subject matters. These cases include personal injury, property damage, product defect, trespass, defamation, accidents, and other policy defense claims of all types.
We work to zealously defend our clients that we are appointed to defend. When needed, our team draws from the experience of the other attorneys in our firm, and our internal appellate practice, to try and optimally position ourselves in the case. They also work closely with the client so that they know their objectives and closely analyze what is in their best interest. If we need to take a case to trial, we are fully equipped and prepared to do so.
