A Directors & Officers (“D&O”) D&O policy protects an organization and its individual officers and directors for a wide variety of possible claims for missteps made by its officers. Our litigation team has substantial experience in handling the sorts of claims that are commonly made against directors and officers of both public and private companies, as well as nonprofit associations or organizations. Some of these nonprofits include homeowner associations and other private self-governing boards.
As panel-approved counsel, we work to minimize exposure in cases and guide our clients through the litigation process. We approach claims not just expeditiously and aggressively, but in a reasoned and logical manner.
