Our litigation attorneys assist clients in an extensive range of cases. These cases range widely in a variety of business, construction, contract, employment, personal injury, real estate, and construction disputes. Our litigation team believes in counseling our clients on ways to prevent litigation, and in early intervention to try resolving conflicts before they escalate. But while some lawsuits can be avoided, others cannot. When a lawsuit does arise, we litigate zealously on behalf of our client—regardless of whether they are an individual, a family business, or a Fortune 500 company. Our firm’s litigators are experienced trial lawyers. If the case cannot settle on terms agreeable to the client, we are not shy about taking the case to an arbitration, bench trial, or jury trial.
Our litigators work to understand our client’s objectives and are up front about what is reasonably attainable. Our team prefers working together both with each other and with our clients, keeping them informed through the litigation process. We strive to bring cases to a favorable resolution before trial—and if that isn’t possible, we are ready for trial. And, when needed, we work together with our appellate attorneys to ensure that we are ready to pursue or defend an appeal.
