Our appellate attorneys can represent clients in cases involving state or federal government regulations. Some actions taken by state or federal agencies are governed by their own regulatory process, including a process of appealing a decision made by the agency—in Washington, that is often before the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”). Once a party goes through the specific process outlined by the agency, they may, if still unsuccessful, appeal their case in superior court.
Regardless, our attorneys who work on administrative appeals are prepared to review, advise, and assist on appeals from decisions made in this particular area of law, and help with other subject matter experts within the firm, including those in our construction, labor and employment, and securities regulation practice groups.
