Molly Clemons is an experienced civil litigator
with a primary focus on the construction industry.
Professional Overview
Molly Homan Clemons is a seasoned litigator with a diverse legal background. After graduating from the University of Denver Strum College of Law in 1996, she practiced at Lohf Shaiman Jacobs Hyman & Feiger, a general practice firm in Cherry Creek, Colorado, developing a strong foundation in diverse areas of civil practice, including business transactions, real estate, landlord/tenant disputes, and employment law. Molly developed a particular expertise in representing plaintiffs seriously injured in warehouse retail store accidents, securing successful jury verdicts, awards and settlements through trial and appeal in multiple states. Her ability to meticulously build strong cases and persuasively advocate for her clients resulted in significant financial recoveries.
Following a 21-year hiatus to raise her family, Molly returned to practice in 2024 after passing the Washington State Bar Examination. Currently, Molly focuses on construction litigation, where her litigation acumen continues to serve her clients well throughout the civil process.
Outside the Office
Molly’s free time is spent with her boys, Charlie, a senior at Loyola Marymount University, and Jack, a junior at Villanova University, or walking her golden retriever, Daisy. To unwind, Molly attempts to find her zen through yoga or, more realistically, tries to conquer the golf course one swing at a time.
