Professional Overview
Ms. Lovejoy was admitted to the Washington State Bar in December of 2011. She has been an attorney at Schlemlein Fick & Franklin, PLLC since the firm was established in January 2012. Recently Colleen expanded her practice into Oregon and Idaho.
Colleen's practice focuses on real estate and commercial litigation. Ms. Lovejoy litigates title disputes, easement disputes, community association law, landlord tenant law, timber trespass, lateral support claims, defamation, product liability, trust and estate disputes, medical malpractice, business torts, breach of contract as well as personal injury and premises liability matters. Ms. Lovejoy also has significant experience in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Colleen is persistent in achieving client goals and is known for her dedicated advocacy.
When she is not litigating, Ms. Lovejoy serves as in-house counsel to a large community association. Colleen also serves as an editorial board member of the WSBA Real Property Section Newsletter. She also volunteers for the King County Bar Association Kinship Care Solutions program, providing legal services to caregivers seeking minor guardianships.
